Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in customer service or retail.
• Must be 18+ with ability to pass background check.
• Willingness to learn opening/closing procedures.
• Reliable and punctual; good team player.
• Must have weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person when managers aren’t on site; keep the team focused.
• Help open and close the location following all procedures.
• Keep the wash line moving efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Support sales by demonstrating proper membership pitch techniques.
• Train new team members on basic operations.
