BURGER KING® is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to manage all activities during their shift, ensuring smooth operations, guest service, and adherence to brand standards. You will supervise staff, handle cash, and keep the store clean and safe.

You will train team members, plan shift operations, and resolve guest concerns while enforcing policies. This role requires leadership, reliability, and the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Previous fast food restaurant experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Ability to handle confidential information and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Willing to learn all restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work weekends, evenings, holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
