Burger King is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to supervise all restaurant activities during the shift, ensuring smooth operations, guest service, and adherence to brand standards. You will interact with guests, supervise staff, manage cash and POS, and partner with the management team to execute the business plan.

You will train teammates, resolve issues promptly, uphold safety and cleanliness, plan shift operations efficiently, and support cost control.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant management experience.
• Previous fast food restaurant experience required.
• Communication in English is required; Spanish comprehension helpful.
• Strong leadership skills; stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Willing to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
• Capable of handling confidential information and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
