Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 2 years Restaurant Operations experience required, preferably quick service or fast casual.
• Must be certified through Cheba Hut trainers training program.
• Food safety/handling training (Food Handlers Card required in NV).
• Working knowledge of R365 or similar POS system.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shop operations to ensure food quality and safety.
• Lead by example and develop the team through training and feedback.
• Assist with training, provide feedback and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure adherence to shift policies and drive a high-energy service culture.
• Own the shift, manage tasks, and communicate with store leadership.
