Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of restaurant experience, preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years restaurant management experience, preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Financial planning aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations.
• Manage shop operations and provide a unique and enjoyable customer experience.
• Oversee hourly crew, handle administrative and leadership duties.
• Develop and coach team to support growth and succession to GM.
