Job summary

Lufrankton Management, a Dunkin franchise group, is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the team on-site during busy shifts and ensure excellent guest service. You’ll lead by example, assist with food prep, inventory, and cash handling, and coach crew members to excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support your team in delivering top-notch guest service.
• Keep operations running smoothly - prepping food, managing inventory, or handling cash.
• Train and coach crew members to be their best.
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and welcoming by upholding all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards.
• Step in for the manager when needed, help make key decisions.
