Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience and/or education in restaurant management.
• High School Diploma/GED required.

• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have a telephone or reliable method of communication and open door policy.
• Bi-lingual skills a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with process improvement ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager or Person In Charge (on duty) with management activities.
• Lead shift activities with the Restaurant Management Team.
• Ensure Crew Persons and Team Leaders perform duties and meet expectations.
• Provide quality product and customer service experiences.
• Attend training and participate in meetings and calls.
• Respond to changing business conditions and special projects as needed.
