Job summary

Sully's Steamers is seeking a Shift Leader to manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. This role reports to the General Manager/AGM.

The ideal candidate will lead by example, oversee shift performance, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs.
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and ordinances.
• Provide consistent, high‑quality food preparation and service.
• Deliver positive guest service and address complaints to regain guest trust.
• Direct employees on operational issues and provide feedback.
