Job summary

Café Lola, part of Refined Restaurant Group, seeks a Crew Lead to manage shifts, uphold Café Lola culture, and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will lead high-energy shifts, coach Crewmembers, and coordinate tasks to keep service quality, cleanliness, and food standards at peak. A hands-on, results-driven attitude is essential.

The role requires initiative, strong communication, and the ability to motivate a diverse team while ensuring safety and brand consistency across all interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some College preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 6 months of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and POS systems; able to adapt to new systems quickly.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; bend, kneel, or climb as needed.
• Takes initiative; strong verbal and written skills; brand ambassador.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and maintain Café Lola culture for Crewmembers and guests.
• Oversee shift operations: cleanliness, labor, guest service, food quality and culture.
• Coach, develop and train Crewmembers; screen candidates; motivate the team.
• Support management on labor cost, waste, cash procedures, inventory and reporting.
• Ensure guest-focused service and adherence to service steps and brand standards.
