Job summary

Café Lola in Las Vegas is seeking a Crew Lead to manage shifts, uphold Café Lola standards for crewmembers and guests, and embody our culture. You will be a creative team player who works hard, has fun, and demonstrates sincere dedication.

You will lead shift operations, coach and train crewmembers, monitor labor and guest service, and ensure food quality and safety. Strong communication, initiative, and brand ambassador mindset are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required; some College preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum of 6 months of supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and POS systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; kneel, bend, or stoop; climb stairs
• Takes initiative; strong verbal and written skills; brand ambassador

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and uphold Café Lola standards for crewmembers and guests.
• Coach, develop and train crewmembers on procedures; screen applicants; ensure safety and uniform policy.
• Manage labor cost, waste, and cash procedures; provide inventory data and reports.
• Ensure guest-focused service steps and high-quality food delivery.
• Communicate needs to crew to maximize guest satisfaction during each shift.
