Job summary

Café Lola seeks a Restaurant Manager in Henderson to provide strategic direction for the location, drive sales and profit, and develop a high-performing team that embodies Café Lola values and delivers an exceptional guest experience.

You will hire, train, schedule, and coach crew, collaborate with operations leadership, ensure health and safety standards, and foster a fun, performance-driven culture that motivates staff and delights guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 4+ years of management experience in food service/retail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems; tech-savvy.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills.
• Knowledge of Health Department standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing and scheduling to meet daily sales and labor goals.
• Hire, train, and develop Team Members and Leads.
• Maintain brand culture and guest experience standards.
• Oversee orientation, training, and performance coaching.
• Ensure food, safety, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Manage communication of policies and updates to staff.
