Qualifications

• Previous restaurant shift leader experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work long hours (32+ hours).

Responsibilities

• Supervises shifts to ensure quality products and customer service.
• Implements company policies and procedures.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and manages inventory levels.
• Responds to customer needs and minimizes complaints.
• Executes cash management duties to contribute to profit goals.
