Job summary

You will manage stations, ensure adherence to policies, schedule coverage, monitor food costs and inventory, and support team development. This role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), including nights, weekends and emergencies.
• Ability to perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station, including dough management and proper portioning.
• Contributes to achieving the company's product goals and meets customer needs.
• Exhibits core values and maintains a positive, adaptable attitude.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and maintains quality and service.
