Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Shift Manager to assist the General Manager in running daily restaurant operations. You will supervise shifts, coach team members, and stay hands-on at all stations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

You will conduct pre/post shift meetings, monitor labor vs. service levels, and support sales-building initiatives while maintaining safety and food-handling standards. Experience in quick service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and eligible to work.
• High school diploma or equivalent and state/local food handling certification.
• Two years restaurant/quick service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the operation of the restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Coaches team members and is hands-on with all stations.
• Conducts pre and post shift meetings and manages labor to meet guidelines.
• Supports execution of sales-building initiatives and guest service standards.
• Assists General Manager with interviewing, onboarding, and training.
