Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and help the management team coach team members to ensure tasks are performed effectively, delivering legendary experiences for guests.

You will lead with strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills to fuel moments worth sharing. Prior restaurant or bar experience is preferred, and the company offers comprehensive training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have 2 years of restaurant or bar experience.
• You are of minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to fuel moments worth sharing and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• As a Shift Manager, you will supervise the operation of our restaurant on a shift‑by‑shift basis.
