Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings GO is seeking a Shift Manager to lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring exceptional guest service, food quality, cleanliness, and team performance.

You will coach staff, manage opening and closing procedures, monitor labor deployment and inventory, and resolve guest concerns in real time, all while upholding brand standards and safety practices. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum leadership experience in restaurant or quick-service settings.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (ServSafe preferred).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and outstanding guest service.
• Manage team member performance, including direction and coaching.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and execution per brand standards.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Complete opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and system checks.
• Monitor and control labor deployment to meet business needs.
• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and waste control.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in real time.
• Ensure employee meals and purchases are properly rung in and tracked.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Execute directives and initiatives from upper management.
