Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings GO is seeking a Shift Manager to lead restaurant operations on assigned shifts, ensuring superb guest service, quality food, and clean, safe conditions. You’ll coach team members, monitor performance, and uphold brand standards while handling opening/closing duties and cash procedures.

The role emphasizes team leadership, food safety, and delivering a positive guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or quick-service leadership.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and outstanding guest service.
• Manage team performance, coaching and accountability.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking and execution to brand standards.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards are met.
• Complete opening and closing procedures, including cash handling.
• Monitor and control labor deployment to meet business needs.
• Assist with inventory management, stocking and waste control.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in real time.
• Ensure employee meals and purchases are properly rung in and tracked.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Execute directives and initiatives from upper management.
