Job summary

Del Taco is seeking a Shift Manager to support the General Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will lead and train team members, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold safety, quality and service standards.

As a key supervisor, you will run shifts, monitor operations, manage staffing, and help create an engaged, Employer of Choice culture while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in quick service restaurant environment with leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise and train staff and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ability to stand and walk for 95-100% of shift; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Open availability to work any shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team and assist General Manager in managing operations.
• Run shifts and ensure policy execution and compliance with laws.
• Explain menu items to guests accurately.
• Record orders with POS and collect payments.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and product preparation.
