Job summary

Smoothie King is hiring a purpose-driven Shift Leader to become an ambassador of our brand, helping guests meet fitness and nutrition goals by guiding smoothie and product selections while supporting Team Members when managers are away.

You will lead with enthusiasm, uphold our values, and ensure a friendly, health-focused experience for every guest, while maintaining store operations and stock levels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a "guest comes first" attitude.
• At least sixteen (16) years of age or older.
• Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Blends delicious smoothies.
• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Performs store checklist tasks.
• Assists in Team Member management throughout shift.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.
• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
