Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Must pass background check where applicable.
• Must have ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Must possess a valid driver's license where required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision and ensure quality and safety.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to maintain morale.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and uphold standards.
