Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a Shift Leader to join our expanding team and serve as the Team Leader, guiding operations and assisting guests to meet fitness and nutrition goals. You will support Team Members when the General Manager is not present and help drive in-store performance.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the brand, ready to take on new challenges, and eager to develop skills to support our purpose and mission.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and the community, both orally and in writing.
