Job summary

Hardee's Restaurants, LLC is seeking a Shift Leader (Now Corporate Owned @ Sandy Run Rd) to support the General Manager and the restaurant management team in daily operations.

This part-time, hourly position requires 2–3 years of restaurant management knowledge, strong planning, team-building and problem-solving skills, and reliable transportation. Responsibilities include delivering quality service, training crew, maximizing sales while controlling costs, and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must possess approximately two to three years of experience in restaurant management.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team building skills.
• Investigative and problem solving skills.
• Cash handling troubleshooting abilities.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Reliable communication methods and open-door policy.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to identify and implement improvements.
