Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Restaurant Shift Leader to operate a Hardee's when the Senior/General Manager is absent. You will supervise and motivate crew, maintain quality and cleanliness, and focus on profitability during your shift.

The role requires at least 1 year of shift management experience, being 18 or older, and passing background and drug screening. We offer weekly pay, 401K, paid training, and benefits in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

• Supervise shifts and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
