You will support management by leading the team, upholding standards, and driving sales and efficiency while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

• Lead Shift Operations: Supervise restaurant operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Maintain food quality, guest service, and restaurant cleanliness.
• Monitor operations and adjust to keep service running efficiently.
• Lead by example with professionalism, teamwork, and work ethic.
• Support and Develop Team Members: Train and develop crew members under management, provide guidance, and motivate the team to perform at their best.
• Communicate with the Team: Conduct brief team meetings, share updates on operations, safety, and training, and encourage teamwork.
• Manage Labor and Productivity: Monitor staffing levels, manage labor costs, and adjust assignments to maintain productivity.
• Inventory and Product Management: Help control inventory, rotate stock, and track inventory to meet standards.
• Maintain Restaurant Facilities and Equipment: Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained, cleaned, and safe.
• Cash Handling and Financial Responsibility: Oversee cash handling, register counts, and deposits according to procedures.
• Maintain Professionalism and Compliance: Ensure appearance, HR policies, sanitation and safety guidelines are followed, and compliance maintained.
