Job summary

Desert De Oro Foods is seeking a Shift Leader to run shifts in a self-sufficient manner and uphold the brand’s culture. You will lead the restaurant team, prioritize customer needs, and ensure food safety and order accuracy while collaborating with management to achieve service excellence.

You will train teammates, provide feedback to the RGM, and model ownership in daily operations. This role is on-site at our Tempe-area location.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant shift and supervising team members.
• Strong customer service orientation with a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute responsibilities for people, customer, and service.
• Ensure team members complete tasks for their assigned positions.
• Maintain cleanliness and neat appearance of employees.
• Prioritize customer needs and resolve complaints quickly.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Greet customers with a smile and work with team with urgency.
• Provide feedback to the RGM and participate in training.
