Job summary

Desert De Oro Foods, in partnership with Pizza Hut, is seeking a Shift Leader to run shifts independently and lead the restaurant team with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

The role reports to the Restaurant General Manager, emphasizes training and coaching, and requires adherence to cash controls, inventory, and safety standards during fast-paced service hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.
• Able to do basic business math.
• Able to stock shelves and coolers.
• Able to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds.
• Able to sweep and mop floors.
• Able to lift, carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, and shift duties.

Responsibilities

• Execute responsibilities for people, customer, and service.
• Ensure team members complete tasks for their assigned positions.
• Ensure employees are clean and neat in appearance.
• Personally demonstrate that customer needs are the highest priority.
• Greet customers with a smile and be polite.
• Work with management and fellow employees to serve customers with urgency.
• Provide regular feedback to the RGM on performance of Team Members.
• Provide ongoing feedback to Team Members and participate in training.
• Handle conflicts constructively and work with RGM to resolve.
