Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.
• Able to do basic business math.
• Able to stock shelves and coolers.
• Able to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds.
• Able to sweep and mop floors.
• Able to lift, carry trash containers up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Executive leadership of shifts, driving culture and best practices.
• Greet customers with a smile and provide courteous service.
• Ensure tasks for each position are completed and standards met.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to RGM on team performance and development.
• Assist with inventory, labor and facility maintenance.
