Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to help run a busy location. You will lead staff to provide exceptional customer service, manage processes, and execute strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, clean kitchen, monitoring food safety, assisting the General Manager with scheduling and reporting, coaching teammates, and ensuring accurate cash handling and daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail leadership preferred.
• Ability to manage inventory and safe food-handling practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff to deliver exceptional customer service and efficient operations.
• Support the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, and reporting.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety procedures.
• Oversee dining room cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
