Love’s Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to ensure smooth operation, guide staff to deliver exceptional customer service, manage workflows, and execute strategies to grow sales and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant staff is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer-service focus is essential.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen and dining area
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory, and food prep
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety, scheduling, and reporting
• Coach and develop team in preparing and packaging orders to meet service standards
• Oversee dining room cleanliness and food prep areas and equipment maintenance
