Burger King in Clio, MI is hiring a Shift Leader to drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence during assigned shifts. You will support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering fast, accurate service while coaching Team Members and maintaining brand standards.

The role requires 18+ years of age, a high school diploma or GED, and 1–2 years of quick-service experience. Evening/weekend availability is expected, with potential to cover longer shifts when needed.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick-service restaurant experience.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a restaurant shift and drive profitability, guest satisfaction, and operations.
• Coach Team Members and maintain brand standards and speed of service.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, inventory, and safety procedures.
• Support the RGM/AM and run the shift plan during assigned hours.
• Assist with preparation and sale of products to meet service standards.
• Act as a working Team Member when needed to cover shifts.
