Job summary

• Assists in planning and supervising task completion with safety and sanitation adherence.
• Provides training to hourly staff using company training tools.
• Maintains restaurant equipment and notifies management about repairs.
• Handles cash and deposits; reports guest and employee incidents.
• Attends meetings and trainings; maintains certifications.
• Monitors cleanliness and initiates clean-up as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
