Job summary

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises restaurant hourly team members on assigned shift to ensure product quality, operational efficiency, and optimum guest service.
• Assists in planning and supervising completion of all job task assignments and ensures adherence with safety, food safety, sanitation and security procedures.
• Provide training using company tools to hourly team members in all aspects of restaurant operation.
• Assist management in maintaining equipment and facility and report repairs to General Manager.
• Perform administrative tasks: register and safe audits, deposits, reporting guest and employee incidents, and addressing guest complaints.
