Taco Cabana in Temple, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the management team in achieving restaurant goals. The role requires supervising hourly team members and performing some responsibilities of an Assistant Manager, including coaching staff and ensuring safety, food safety, and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months restaurant experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to read instructions and handle cash accurately.

Formación

• 6 months restaurant experience.
• Good customer service skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read company instructions, orders on screen/receipts and written materials.
• Ability to operate cash register.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and supervises restaurant hourly team members on assigned shift to ensure product quality, operational efficiency, and optimum guest service.
• Assists in planning and supervising completion of all job task assignments and ensures adherence with safety, food safety, sanitation and security procedures.
• Provide training using company tools to hourly team members in all aspects of restaurant operation.
• Assist management in maintaining equipment and facility and report repairs to General Manager.
• Perform administrative tasks: register and safe audits, deposits, reporting guest and employee incidents, and addressing guest complaints.
