Job summary

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises restaurant hourly team members on the assigned shift to ensure product quality, operational efficiency, and guest service.
• Assist in planning and supervising completion of all task assignments with adherence to safety, food safety, sanitation and security procedures.
• Utilize company-training tools to provide training in all aspects of the restaurant operation.
• Assist management in maintaining restaurant equipment and facility per guidelines; notify General Manager of needed repairs.
• Perform administrative tasks including register audits, deposits, and reporting incidents; address guest complaints.
• Attend store, market and company meetings and stay current with certifications (alcohol, food safety, etc.).
• Recommend disciplinary action for hourly team members.
• Monitor cleanliness of interior/exterior and initiate cleanup as needed.
• Perform other related activities as assigned by management.
