Job summary

Popeyes in Penn Square, PA seeks an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts, driving sales and guest satisfaction. You will support the RGM and AM, manage teams, ensure quality, and uphold brand standards while delivering fast and friendly service.

Responsibilities include inventory and cash control, coaching Team Members, fixing bottlenecks, and maintaining operational excellence to ensure profitable, smooth shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years college preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory by performing Daily and Weekly inventory inspections.
• Manages cash control per policy and counts cash at shift changes and closing.
• Track and record waste.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Fix bottlenecks, monitor speed of service, and ensure product quality on shift.
• Coaches, trains, and develops team members around processes and procedures.
• Be a role model for Team Members by implementing shift plans and driving operational results.
