Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead shifts and help drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability. This role supports the RGM and AM in managing operations during assigned shifts and ensuring fast, friendly service in a clean environment.

The HSC coaches and develops team members, coordinates shift plans, and ensures adherence to brand standards while maintaining strong guest experiences and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for the proper functioning of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Leads the business by managing shift plans, inventory, cash control, and ensuring profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Creates memorable experiences by directing team members to deliver fast, friendly service and maintain product quality.
• Develops and coaches team members at each station, participates in team huddles, and ensures brand standards are met.
