Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking Shift Leaders to join our team in New Jersey. Shift Leaders coach Crew Members to execute Brand standards and deliver a great, friendly guest experience, set goals, assign tasks, and motivate the team.

You will provide feedback, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and help drive sales while upholding brand procedures. Fluency in English and supervisory experience in restaurant or retail are important, with 18+ and a high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members to execute Brand standards and deliver guest experience.
• Set goals, assign tasks and motivate others.
• Provide timely feedback and recognition.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment.
• Drive sales goals and ensure brand standards.
• Manage cash over/short during shift.
