Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality, or a related customer-facing environment.
• Proven experience managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, deposits, and maintaining operational controls.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive performance, and deliver exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach restaurant team members throughout the shift to meet brand standards and guest service goals.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals and ensuring proper shift execution.
• Ensure brand standards in food/beverage preparation and service during the shift.
• Communicate priorities and results to team; deploy shifts to cover roles.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback and delegate tasks for smooth workflow.
• Oversee safety, security, and profitability policies during the shift and address issues.
• Manage inventory and cash handling, ensuring adherence to policy.
• Resolve customer complaints and emergencies to protect the restaurant's reputation.
