McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will supervise crew and other managers, ensure quality, service and cleanliness, and drive safe, efficient shifts.

Responsibilities include planning each shift, monitoring performance, maintaining safety and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth handoff. Previous leadership experience in hospitality is preferred. You must be 18+ to manage.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally in hospitality.
• Positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy fast-paced work.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Shift managers lead shifts, plan tasks, and monitor performance to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Ensure quality, service, and cleanliness during each shift, while safeguarding safety and profitability.
• Coordinate with Crew and other managers to prepare for the next shift.
