Job summary

RPM Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, deliver exceptional customer service, and support store goals. You will supervise Team Members, uphold brand standards, and complete Domino’s and RPM training programs, including Pizza College courses.

Responsibilities include scheduling, labor management, safety and sanitation, and assisting the General Manager to achieve performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Lead shifts in a high-volume environment to meet service, quality, and cleanliness goals.
• Train, coach, and develop Team Members to achieve performance expectations.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive, fun, and engaging environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Support inventory, ordering, and organizational processes.
• Implement marketing and operational initiatives.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals.
• Work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
