Shift Leader / Delivery Driver - Medical Center

Join Tiff’s Treats as a Shift Leader / Delivery Driver at our Medical Center location! We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to lead shifts and deliver treats to our customers. This role offers a fast-paced, fun environment with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the work of team members, including Kitchen and Delivery staff
• Assist in the preparation, sales, inventory, and service of products
• Greet customers, take orders, and ensure order accuracy
• Route deliveries efficiently to maximize business and speed
• Complete opening/closing procedures and daily paperwork
• Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate problem-solving skills
• Ensure punctuality and excellent attendance

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of leadership or management experience
• Availability on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) is required
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and own vehicle for deliveries
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Comfortable operating a vehicle and following traffic laws
