Job summary
Sud Stop Car Wash is seeking a proactive Shift Lead to guide a team of Customer Service Attendants on site in Kernersville, NC. You will ensure top-notch service, safety, and efficiency while coaching staff and meeting sales goals.
Qualifications include prior leadership, customer service or sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather. Training will be provided for the right candidate, with weekend availability a plus.
Qualifications
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Customer service or sales experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Team-first mindset with the ability to lead by example.
- Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Attendants during your shift
- Ensure excellent customer service and a safe, efficient operation
- Train and coach team members to uphold Sud Stop standards
- Handle customer questions, feedback, and service recovery when needed
- Monitor daily operations, equipment, and cleanliness of the site
- Promote memberships and services to meet sales goals
- Work outdoors in all weather (on your feet, moving around)
