Qualifications

• Minimum prior leadership or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or service.
• Strong customer service and sales abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Team-first mindset and lead-by-example approach.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather, with weekend/holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a shift team of Customer Service Attendants.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a safe, efficient operation.

• Handle customer questions, feedback, and service recovery when needed.
• Monitor daily operations, equipment, and cleanliness of the site.
