Job summary

Sud Stop Car Wash in Kernersville, NC is hiring a Shift Lead to supervise the Customer Service Attendants, ensure a safe, efficient operation, and deliver excellent service outdoors in all weather.

You will train teammates, handle customer questions, promote memberships, monitor equipment and site cleanliness, and support a fast-paced, growth-oriented team with opportunities across the company.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Customer service and/or sales experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team-first mindset with the ability to lead by example
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet, able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Weekend and holiday availability
• Car wash experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right person

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outside for prolonged periods of time
• Weekend and holiday availability
• Car wash experience is a plus, but not required-we'll train the right person!
