Job summary

FiveStar in Shepherdsville, KY is seeking a Shift Supervisor to partner with the store management team and help manage overall operations including accounting, marketing, customer service and food service. You will guide the store team in accordance with company policy while learning basic management duties.

The role emphasizes customer service, team training, inventory evaluation, and safe, efficient store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Team player, customer focused, honest, hardworking, and excellent attendance.
• Basic Computer Skills.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in customer service and food service responsibilities.
• Promotes FiveStar treatment and customer satisfaction.
• Partners with the FiveStar team to provide service per policy.
• Assists in training store team.
• Educates team on policies and communications.
• Merchandising and maintaining inventory levels.
• Oversees general store operations in absence of store management.
• Partners with management to ensure quality food operation and presentation.
