Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Palmyra, NJ, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift teams and ensure outstanding customer service while maintaining brand standards and safety. You will train new hires, supervise daily operations, and manage cash handling with accuracy.

Responsibilities include opening, closing procedures, operating the POS, handling food prep and storage, and cross-selling products.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling and customer service required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly, energetic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift activities and supervise team members.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures.
• Operate POS system and process payments.
