Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Shift Manager for a Chick-fil-A restaurant. You will lead shift operations, coach Team Members, and ensure adherence to the Chick-fil-A Vision and Winning Hearts Everyday strategy, with a Customer’s First mindset.

You’ll oversee scheduling, training, safety, and guest recovery, open to close the restaurant, and drive excellence in guest experience while growing others through hands-on leadership and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and ensure timely clock-in/out.
• Coach team to brand standards and Winning Hearts Everyday.
• Maintain a clean, safe dining environment and enforce safety guidelines.
• Monitor restaurant systems and respond to guest recovery using HEARD model.
• Open, transition, and close the restaurant according to standards.
• Prioritize training for new hires and develop leaders.
• Manage drive-thru and front-of-house anchors to support service.
• Review daily training on KitchenIQ and labor as scheduled.
