Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company seeks a shift supervisor to lead daily operations in a welcoming community space. You will guide team members, ensure quality beverages and food, and maintain safety and cash-handling standards during shifts.

The role requires dependable attendance, flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and strong interpersonal and customer-service skills to create connection with customers and partners alike.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position requiring constant customer interaction and fulfilling requests.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating two or more teammates.
• Familiarity with store policies, cash handling, and food/beverage preparation per standard recipes.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming coffeehouse environment.
• Coach and supervise team members to ensure quality beverages and food products.
• Oversee cash handling, safety, and store standards during shifts.
• Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
