Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations in a welcoming community space. You will guide team members, coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes, and ensure adherence to store policies and safety measures. Flexible hours and weekend coverage are required as part of the role.

The position emphasizes interpersonal skills, the ability to coordinate tasks for multiple staff, and delivering a high-quality customer experience during all shifts.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating tasks for two or more staff.
• Ability to coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customer modifications.
• Strong knowledge of store safety, cash handling and operating policies.
