Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor/leadership experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

• Lead and coach store Team Members to achieve targets and develop skills.
• Processing loans and extensions for customers.
• Perform opening and closing store procedures.
• Supervise and mentor team members to maintain store standards.
