Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant.
• Resolve guest issues and ensure brand standards are followed.
• Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment by following safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Drive sales goals and execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
• Manage cash over/short during shift and ensure products are prepared to brand standards.
